Sometimes, one simple reminder is all we need.
TEAM AMPLIFY was created for leaders who want to meaningfully invest in their people through encouragement, recognition, and the everyday reinforcement of individual potential.
Each kit brings the CG Excellence message into the workspace through thoughtfully designed pieces that serve a purpose beyond their function. Together, they create a daily reminder of capability, contribution, and what is possible when individuals recognize their strengths and their capacity to navigate challenges.
At the center of TEAM AMPLIFY is a simple belief:
You are always better than you think.
Each TEAM AMPLIFY kit includes:
You Are Always Better Than You Think Mousepad
A functional workspace piece designed to place an encouraging message within view throughout the day.
CG Excellence Magnet
A beautifully designed reminder that can remain visible in an office, workspace, locker, or other everyday setting.
CG Excellence Branded Presentation Mailer
Thoughtfully packaged to make the experience of receiving TEAM AMPLIFY as meaningful as the message itself.
TEAM AMPLIFY is ideal for employee recognition, team enrichment, leadership initiatives, onboarding, retreats, milestone moments, appreciation gifts, and organizations looking for a meaningful way to reinforce the value of their people.
It is not simply something to give.
It is something you are choosing to remind them of.
Their capability. Their contribution. Their potential.
At CG Excellence Training, we believe meaningful development begins with recognizing the capability already within people.
TEAM AMPLIFY brings that philosophy into the everyday workspace through a message that can be seen, remembered, and carried forward:
Strengthen the individual. Elevate the team.
Remind them they are always better than they think.™
